Below is the information relating to the financing programs that are available on the new and pre-owned homes. All of the homes that are for sale are offered with seller financing. There are three tiers of financing offered: Gold, Silver & Bronze.

Gold:

  • Fico score over 725
  • 2 year job history
  • 10 – 15 year term of loan
  • 7% interest rate
  • $75,000 maximum loan amount
  • No points or loan fees

Silver:

  • Fico score over 650
  • 1 year job history
  • 7 - 10 year term of loan
  • 8% interest rate
  • $40,000 maximum loan amount
  • No points or loan fees

Bronze:

  • Fico score over 550
  • 6 month job history
  • 5 - 7 year term of loan
  • 9% interest rate
  • $30,000 maximum loan amount
  • No points or loan fees
  • Discharged Bankruptcy will be considered
  • Foreclosure or Short Sale will be considered
