4. 8% interest rate
5. $40,000 maximum loan amount
6. No points or loan fees

1. Fico score over 550
2. 6 month job history
3. 5 - 7 year term of loan
4. 9% interest rate
5. $30,000 maximum loan amount
6. No points or loan fees
7. Discharged Bankruptcy will be considered
8. Foreclosure or Short Sale will be considered
